I was born in Vitebsk, Belarus, and moved to Poland at the age of 44. Since then, I have been living in Poznań.
My interest in photography began while I was still living in Belarus, but after moving to Poland it gained new momentum thanks to the greater opportunities available to me. I primarily photograph urban scenes and landscapes.
One of my favorite times to photograph cities is during the blue hour, when the sky still retains the last traces of light after sunset while street lamps and architectural lighting have already come on. I enjoy capturing both historic and contemporary architecture, especially skyscrapers. The interplay of glass and concrete, along with reflections and multiple reflections in glass façades, is one of my favorite subjects.

This website presents just over 50 of my best shots. Some of them have received awards in local photography competitions, and one of them—a panoramic view of the waterfront in Gdańsk—received an Honorable Mention in an international photography competition.
